Rod Man certainly does just that. As the winner of season eight of Last Comic Standing, RodMan brings an inexhaustible charm, wit, an ability to find humor in everyday life with a unique style and delivery to the world of comedy. He has the funny bone of a Southern, but his act is hilarious from Portland, Oregon to Portland, Maine and all stops in between.
Rod Man's stand-up comedy journey began in 1995. Inspired by the comedians he saw on HBO’s Def Comedy Jam he signed up for "open mic" nights at Atlanta's Uptown Comedy Club. Since those early days... Rod Man has become one of the top stand-up comedians in the country performing for sold-out audiences here and aboard. It is often said that he is one of the most underrated comedians around and that he should be more of a household name, to that Rod Man replied “depends on who house you in.”
He has graced the stages of The World Famous Apollo Theater in Harlem, and The Comedy Store in LA "The Bad Boys of Comedy" for HBO, Martin Lawrence's "First Amendment" for Starz, Nick Cannon's "Wild 'N Out" for MTV, "One Mic Stand" for BET, "The Funny Spot" for TV One, and "The World Stands Up" for BBC America and many more. Steve Hofstetter
Author, columnist, and comedian Steve Hofstetter is often called the hardest working man in show-business. With all due respect to the late James Brown.
Hofstetter's national TV debut came on ESPN's Quite Frankly, where Stephen A. Smith yelled at him for three minutes. Hofstetter has also appeared on CBS' "Late Late Show With Craig Ferguson", Showtime's "White Boyz in the Hood", VH1's "Countdown", Sundance's "On the Road in America", and ABC's "Barbara Walter's Special", where he thankfully did not cry. He is the host and executive producer of "Laughs" on Fox networks, where he only cries occasionally.
One of the top booked acts on the college circuit, the original writer for collegehumor.com has also released six albums. Hofstetter has written humor columns for the New York Times, SportsIllustrated.com, and NHL.com, where he publicly admitted to being a Ranger fan.
After hosting Four Quotas on Sirius Satellite Radio for two seasons, Hofstetter moved to broadcast radio, and his Sports Minute (Or So) was syndicated on over 170 stations and in over 30 newspapers. Hofstetter's second live comedy album ("Cure For the Cable Guy") reached #20 on Billboard's comedy charts. His third album ("Dark Side of the Room") was the first ever pay-what-you-want" comedy album, since people were going to steal it anyway. His fourth album consisted of an hour of 100% ad-libbed material, which is, frankly, nuts. And his fifth album hit #1 on iTunes' comedy charts, which is also a bit nuts.
Hofstetter's brutal tour schedule consists of over 100 colleges and dozens of clubs every year, and is fueled by an immense online popularity, tons of press, and a Prius with great gas mileage. He reached 200,000 friends on Facebook (still the world record), 400,000 more on MySpace, and high shelves in grocery stores.
While Hofstetter's live shows are routinely sold out, he is best known for his writing, first published at age 15, mainly to impress girls. At 18, he co-founded "Sports Jerk of the Week", an irreverent website featured by press like USA Today's Baseball Weekly, Sports Illustrated and CNN. And at 20, Hofstetter took a year off of school to head up web content for the New York Yankees. The Yankees won the World Series that year, which would have been wonderful if they hadn't beaten Hofstetter's Mets. Yes, he's also a Mets fan. Poor kid.
While an undergraduate at Columbia University, Hofstetter was a well-read columnist for the Columbia Daily Spectator and a voice of the Lions. After a summer writing for Maxim, ESPN, and Sports Illustrated for Kids, Hofstetter syndicated his column in several newspapers.
Without his glasses, Hofstetter also looks a great deal like Michael Rappaport.

Bobby Collins
Comedian Bobby Collins has distinguished himself as one of the Premier Comedians in our country. He has an ability to truthfully translate the human condition. Audiences across the country relate to his comedic characterizations as he exposes the humor of day-to-day situations as well as serving up resplendent rants on world events. Through precise physical timing and impeccable audience insight, he has honed his talents while performing from hole in the wall clubs to sold out theaters. Bobby Collins’s rise to top headlining, comedic master was inevitable. His true dedication to his craft is what keeps his vibrant shows consistently sold out. The New York Times has described Bobby Collins as “The most natural Comedian working today “
A native New Yorker, Collins possesses a confidence and genuine everyman likeability that can only be earned. He knows what it’s like to work a day job, in order to pursue a dream. He’s flipped his share of burgers, as well as signing on as a substitute high school history teacher, to pay the bills – all the while performing in comedy clubs at night. After heeding a conversation with his father, with some trepidation, he ventured into sales. Settling into the high fashion industry. A detour that proved so successful, that in the 1980’s he had risen to Vice President at Calvin Klein. It was there that he found himself faced with a life changing decision; remain here or chuck the security (and more than substantial steady income) for the uncertain challenge of heading out on the road – to pursue his dream of becoming a professional, full time stand-up comedian. It was a decision he’s never regretted. Realizing his dream has given Bobby the opportunity to tour with titans of entertainment like Frank Sinatra, Cher, Tony Bennett Julio Iglesias and Dolly Parton.
As a professional stand-up comedian, he’s worked alongside friends, Chris Rock, Ray Romano and Drew Carey, Jerry Seinfeld as well as many others. Rosie O’Donnell specifically requested that Bobby take over as host for VH1 Stand-Up Spotlight. Through his personal appearances at Comedy Clubs, Theaters, Casinos Corporate and Charity events, coupled with innumerable television appearances on legendary shows like Letterman, The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson, Jimmy Fallon and Jay Leno, Collins continues to add new fans of all ages to his loyal base of diehard followers.
It is his relationship with his audiences that results in sold out shows everywhere he makes an appearance. What you see is what you get – Collins is the same man on and off the stage. Bobby Collins has a genuine love for what he does. With such skillful dissection of everyday life, he weaves his uproarious storytelling with effortless flair and charisma as he successfully dismantles any and all socioeconomic, race and age divides. As evidenced by his birthday performance for Chelsea Clinton at the White House as well as his Performance at the inauguration of Donald Trump to appearances in US embassies and USO shows abroad. Night after night, Bobby Collins masterfully reflects the hilarious truth – we’e all in this together!
Bobby currently has 5 CD’s, 3 DVD’s and 2 books. With the critically acclaimed publication of his first book, “On The Inside – Witisms and Wisdomisms by Comedian Bobby Collins” we learn, through his personal and professional tragedies and triumphs, what has shaped his beliefs. With humorous recall, Bobby recounts his search for balance between career and family.
